Liturgical and Music Ministries

Our choirs are a collection of talented individuals ranging in age from 8 to, well, we're not telling. Our choirs make music with a piano, organ, guitar, drums, and flute. Our music is a blend of contemporary, choral, traditional, folk and modern hymns.

We draw our music from a variety of resources, ranging from the Catholic Book of Worship (CBW III) and Glory and Praise to contemporary composers from Spirit and Song and OCP.

One of the greatest influences in the quality of our worship is the singing of the assembly. The role of this ministry is to lead and support the assembly. The musicians and choir members encourage the assembly to articulate their faith and come alive at liturgy.

Like any church, we are always looking for any new singers or musicians who would be interested in this rewarding endeavour. Don't be shy - If you are interested in becoming a part of one of these please contact Lyn at the parish office at 519.658.4443.  Ö there is a place for you!

ALTAR SERVERS: Children in Grade 5 and above are invited to sign up as servers for Sunday masses.

READERS: are called upon to proclaim Godís word in the assembly. A training workshop and a commitment to a once per month exercising of this ministry is required.

USHERS: provide the important ministry of welcoming parishioners and visitors to the Sunday Eucharist.

For information on becoming involved in any of the above ministries, Contact: Parish Office

Our parish is blessed with a gift Music Ministry. We have a contemporary feel, featuring  praise and worship songs and hymns that have been sung for centuries. For more information on how to become involved in our Music Ministry, please  Contact: Parish Office
